Custom Cabinet Doors

Every cabinet door we manufacture is built to order. We do not sell stock sizes. You specify the exact opening dimensions, and we cut doors to those specs — not the other way around. This matters for replacement work, non-standard cabinet configurations, and any project where a stock supplier's fixed sizes create fitting problems.

Available styles include shaker (full-overlay and inset), slim shaker, raised panel, flat panel (recessed panel), slab, MDF slab, glass insert frames, beaded panel, cathedral arch, and more. Each style is available across a full range of hardwood species and engineered materials including MDF.

Door material affects durability, paintability, and grain appearance. Hardwood species available include Red Oak, White Oak, Hard Maple, Cherry, Alder, Poplar, Mahogany, Teak, Cypress, Beech, and Pine. MDF is available for painted applications where a smooth, grain-free surface is required.

For shops ordering drawer fronts to match existing door profiles, we can match the material and profile from your previous orders so everything coordinates. Specification history is kept on file for repeat customers.

Our primary customers are cabinet shops and builders who manufacture or install cabinets professionally. We supply replacement doors, doors for new cabinet builds, and components for larger millwork projects. We also sell to homeowners who need replacement doors that match existing profiles. Because we manufacture to order, we can match unusual sizes that stock suppliers cannot accommodate — including doors larger or smaller than standard ranges.
