Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Trinity Doors for the products at issue during the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars ($100).

You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum. Trinity Doors and you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally and in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings.
